1. Cut your squash in half, scoop out the middle Place on as baking trayÂ
2. Add one roughly cut onion to the baking trayÂ
3. Drizzle a little oil of your choiceÂ
4. Sprinkle chilli flakes, cumin/fennel seeds, salt, pepper and a couple of bay leaves
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or until the veg is softÂ
6. Scoop the qualsh out into a bowl, add the onions and 750ml of boiling waterÂ
7. Blend and serve with a dash of creamÂ
8. Sprinkle your Peachie Almond, Cranberry and crunchy seeds & dig in.
