‘Menowashing’ - is it another way to tell us to shut up about menopause?
Have you seen menopause in the headlines recently, and been introduced to the word ‘menowashing’? Here are our thoughts on it.
1. Cut your squash in half, scoop out the middle Place on as baking tray
2. Add one roughly cut onion to the baking tray
3. Drizzle a little oil of your choice
4. Sprinkle chilli flakes, cumin/fennel seeds, salt, pepper and a couple of bay leaves
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or until the veg is soft
6. Scoop the qualsh out into a bowl, add the onions and 750ml of boiling water
7. Blend and serve with a dash of cream
8. Sprinkle your Peachie Almond, Cranberry and crunchy seeds & dig in.
